Standard delivery within Australia – you will receive your Electric Body order within 5-10 working days from the placement of your order.
Security & Order Confirmation
If you pay by credit or debit card your transaction will be processed by Paypal, giving you a high level of security that you can be confident with. When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an Order Confirmation email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order including an online order reference number. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we process payment for your order
Returns and Exchanges
At Electric Body we take great pride in providing the highest quality product to all our customers and are committed to ensuring that we deliver excellence in customer service. We want you to be happy with your Electric Body purchase and welcome feedback on the level of service we are providing.
Please note that we will only refund or exchange products purchased from electricbody.com.au. If you have purchased Electric Body from a salon or a retail outlet you will need to return the product from where it was purchased.

Refund and Exchange policy:
Electric Body Australia will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged within 30 days from the dispatch of your order. Total value of the refund will equal the total cost of the goods purchased. A refund will be made in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the products you have returned.
Returning products purchased on promotion or as part of a gift pack:
If the products being returned were purchased at a promotional or offer price, the credit refund will be no more than the price paid for the products at the time of purchase. All goods must be returned in a new and unused condition within 30 days from the dispatch of your order. No refunds or replacements will be given if the carton has been opened . In the case of gift packs, the entire pack must be returned and individual products will not be refunded.
Please note that all claims honoured will be at the discretion of Electric Body Australia . Electric Body Australia reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears the policy is being manipulated and/or abused.

Defective goods must be returned to us, carriage paid, within a reasonable period following delivery. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for damage or loss arising in our opinion from incorrect use, neglect, failure to store in proper conditions or failure to observe our operating instructions.
